Return Policy


At Positive Designs 65, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We carefully inspect each item prior to shipping, but sometimes there could be in-transit damage caused to a product.  


If there is a need to replace a damaged item, we will supply a return label and ship you a new item immediately.  

If the reason for an exchange or return is anything other than defective or damaged product, you will be assisted immediately. 

Please understand that a personalized item can only be returned if it has been damaged or is defective.
